Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. All orders are delivered by courier and require a signature on delivery.

We accept credit/Debit card payment. We accept Switch or Maestro, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept Diners Club or American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling

Orders with a net value over £49.00 Including VAT will be shipped Free of Charge on a Royal Mail 3-5 day service. Free Delivery covers the UK Mainland only. For orders under £50 the charge is £5.49. We also offer a 24 Hour - at £6.95. We do ship to Europe - 3-5 days standard at £19.99(European Union only). All returns from European countries are shipped at customers cost.

 Hot Tubs are shipped for Free in the UK only.

All prices Include VAT.

Some areas of Scotland, N Ireland, the Isle of Man & the Isle of Wight will incur a delivery surcharge. Delivery is usually made via UK Mail or Royal Mail. Likewise deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey or Europe will be subject to a delivery surcharge. If an additional delivery charge applies we will always contact you prior to shipping your goods.If you have ordered any goods for delivery within Europe and have not chosen the correct country ie- You have chosen the United Kingdom you will not recieve the delivery until the correct postage hase been paid . To enable delivery you must choose the correct country and postal option. Any refunds made due to wrong information being given will result in a 3% charge being made.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch all stock orders placed before 3:00pm on the same day. Our standard delivery service is made on a Next day carrier service. If the item is not in stock or is a special order then we will notify you off any delay. Where items are going to take longer than 3-days to reach you we will email or call you to notify you of the anticipated delivery time. Our current percentage of deliveries made within 2-days is 96%.

Receiving Goods

If you are unable to sign for the delivery because you are not going to be home please leave a note on your front door addressed to 'The Carrier of 'Oasis Pool and Spa', please specify in this note where you would like the goods left. You must sign the note as the driver will take this as proof of delivery. You can specify where to leave the goods in our 'Delivery Instruction Box' which you will find whilst completely your order. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for the goods should they be stolen.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with an anticipated arrival date, at this stage you are free cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Prices shown on our website include VAT @ 15 %. We are able to Zero Rate the VAT for the Channel Islands.

Credit Card

Security Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any of our websites. We do not keep or store your credit card information in fact we never actually see them. Payment processing is handled by SagePay (Formerly Protx)

Guarantee Prices subject to change

We reserve the right to withdraw a product from sale in the event of a mis-pricing due to a human-error. If a product is unavailable we will send a product of a similar type and quality. Should any of our products fail to meet your expectations, our no quibble guarantee allows you to return the goods to us at your cost providing they are in perfect condition for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Should goods prove to be faulty, we will meet the cost of return but we must nominate the carrier used.

Product images and descriptions are subject to change without notice and goods supplied may not always match the image exactly as we use multiple suppliers.

Privacy Policy

Oasis Pool and Spa Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We may occasionally send you information about our products via the post e.g. a new season's catalogue.

Damaged Goods

It is very important to slowly and carefully inspect your items. No claims can be entertained for damaged or missing goods that have been signed for as received in good condition. All damaged goods should be refused and sent back to us after marking the assignment note or delivery document as refused damaged. We should immediately be notified of missing, damaged or late delivered goods. We make every effort to ensure your goods are delivered quickly and arrive in perfect condition but we cannot be held responsible for delay or damage caused or liable for any consequential loss or damage caused.
