Return of damaged, faulty or wrongly ordered goods
All purchases made on the Oasis Pool and Spa site are covered by our 90 days return policy.
All goods returned under this policy must be returned unused and in the original packaging. This policy is to help you make the right choice when purchasing from Oasis Pool and Spa.
If you order the wrong products and do not realise until delivered or have a change of mind please notify us as soon as possible. Please return the goods, clearly stating your order number, name, address and contact details. We will either send the correct goods or give a full refund within the 30 day period free of charge at your request. The customer will meet delivery costs for the return of goods under this policy.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for your damaged or faulty goods to be immediately replaced at no additional cost to you. If you do not want the faulty goods replaced then we will issue you a full refund including delivery costs with in 30 days of notification.
Should we despatch the wrong items, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem at no extra cost to you. We will either send the correct goods or give you a full refund if requested once the returned goods are received by us.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
